I recently put in three doors and three storm doors with Saratoga Windows. This came about because I heard a listener on a local radio show compliment the extra lengths Scott went to make sure that a problem he had with windows Scott didn't even install got fixed. I figured this company must be worth contacting.
I'm glad I did. Scott came right out to discuss my needs. He was easy to talk to, didn't push the sale but instead created a relationship through conversation and his knowledge.
He does it all. The sale, the measurement, the sourcing and the installation.  He works for you to make sure you get what you want and what you need.
He keeps you in the loop about the process and expected delivery and installation times. In this day and age of supply chain problems this is important. 
In August through that heat wave he busted his butt working to install the doors. Never complained once.
In September my custom ordered kitchen casement window came in. Scott delivered the window and installed it this afternoon. It is beautiful.  Scott sourced that and saved me some money and on top of this he offers a military veteran discount. I recommend Scott with no hesitations.
